Step 1:
To prepare a cheese salad with garlic and egg, we will prepare the following products: chicken eggs, quail egg, lemon, walnuts, melted cheese, garlic, salt, mayonnaise and parsley.
Step 2:
Boil chicken and quail eggs. We cook chicken eggs for 10 minutes after boiling water, and quail eggs for only 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Chop the walnuts, but not too finely. To do this, you can use a blender, rolling pin or mortar.
Step 4:
Garlic is grated or squeezed out.
Step 5:
Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 6:
Chop parsley with a knife.
Step 7:
Grate chicken eggs.
Step 8:
Mix together eggs, garlic, melted cheese, salt and mayonnaise.
Step 9:
Add the juice of half a lemon to the salad. To do this, carefully squeeze the lemon with your hands or using a juicer.
Step 10:
Decorate the salad with walnuts, parsley and quail egg.
