"Snake" Salad with Pickles

A great salad for the whole family and for friends! It's the pickle that gives this salad its unusual flavor, and I'm generous with it.

On top of that, these ingredients let me shape it into a beautiful snake for New Year's :)) I first tried this salad at a friend's birthday party and fell in love with it. The only changes I made were adding carrots and swapping the pork for chicken breast. Now, whenever I cut up a chicken, I tuck one fillet away in the freezer, just in case guests drop by. Everything else I always keep on hand )))

    1. Sauté the carrots, onion, and mushrooms, then tip them into a colander and let the oil drain off. 2. Boil the chicken breast and the eggs. 3. Chop the eggs, mushrooms, pickles, chicken, and cheese (I cut mine into thin strips). 4. Combine the sautéed vegetables, mushrooms, pickles, cheese, eggs, and chicken, and dress it all with mayonnaise. P.S. The amounts, proportions, and how finely you cut everything are up to you. You can simply toss it together, layer it, or arrange it into a shape — a snake, for example.
