First we prepare the filling.
If desired, the fat can not be used. But we have a Ukrainian recipe, so dumplings with it.

Pre-boil potatoes.

Chop the bacon, fry in a frying pan until golden brown.

Add chopped onion to the bacon, fry until light golden brown.

Put the chopped mushrooms here and fry until cooked.

Cool slightly and scroll the roast along with boiled potatoes and chopped parsley through a meat grinder. Salt to taste.

Dough: beat eggs into milk, add butter, salt. Stir everything and gradually add flour. Knead the dough, it will be cool. It should have the consistency of a store-bought dumpling.

Roll out the dough on a prepared surface sprinkled with flour. Cut the circles with a glass. Put the filling in the center of each circle and pinch the edges. It will turn out such an "ear".

Boil the water in a saucepan, add salt to taste and cook the dumplings until ready.
