Step-by-step cooking
This recipe is simple like everything is brilliant. But it is very tasty, and cauliflower lovers will appreciate it. An institute friend shared the recipe with me, and since then I've been cooking it when the cauliflower comes.
So, we take a fork of cauliflower, boil it until ready, but so that it does not become soft. We disassemble into inflorescences and cut into pieces. We cut tomatoes in the same size pieces. Mix, salt, pepper to taste. Add finely chopped garlic. It is cut, it is impossible to squeeze out, otherwise the dish has an unpleasant taste. We fill it with sour cream. That's it!! Simple as that, but very tasty. You can serve it with potatoes, porridges, in general, with what fantasy will allow))
