Cooking method
The greens are washed under running water and finely chopped, after removing the stems.
In a small container, mix coarsely ground black pepper, salt and prepared herbs. Pour grape vinegar into the resulting mixture, mix and leave the salt to completely dissolve.
After 7-10 minutes, add the olive oil and mix.
