In order to create a unique flavor of the dressing, we choose dried herbs without changing our preferences. I really love basil, so I took it. As well as dried onions and a mix of various greens. All components must be taken in dried form, otherwise the prepared oil will become unusable.
We put the selected dry herbs in a dry and clean container and pour them with pumpkin oil (refined). Close the lid tightly and hide the container in a cool dark place for 6-7 days. During this time, the oil should be infused.
