Salad Dressing with Pumpkin Seed Oil

Make your salad tastier with a zesty dressing! Lately I've been using dairy less and less as a salad dressing. I recently discovered incredibly appetizing pumpkin seed oil, which makes the flavor of a salad richer. I suggest you make a dressing based on this oil and enrich your favorite salads with it!

  • To give the dressing a one-of-a-kind aroma, choose dried herbs that suit your taste. I love basil, so that's what I used, along with dried onion and a mix of assorted herbs. All the components must be dried — otherwise the finished oil will spoil. Put the chosen dried herbs into a dry, clean container and cover them with (refined) pumpkin seed oil. Close the lid tightly and tuck the container away in a cool, dark place for 6-7 days. During this time the oil should infuse. Enjoy your fragrant pumpkin seed oil!
