Caesar Sauce with Mayonnaise

A very tasty Caesar salad dressing! Make it! Caesar salad is one of my favorites. The combination of ingredients works beautifully — they complement each other and create an unbeatable flavor. I dress this salad with a delicate mayonnaise-based sauce, and I'm eager to share the recipe with you.

  • Just a couple of steps and the Caesar sauce is ready: 1. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater. 2. In a small deep bowl, combine the mayonnaise and grated cheese, press in the garlic through a press, and add the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. 3. Stir the mixture, then salt and pepper to taste. 4. Use the milk to adjust the sauce to the consistency you want. Dress your favorite salad with the finished sauce and enjoy!
