Cooking method
We begin the preparation of semifreddo by taking a fireproof container and putting it on a pot of boiling water. After that, put the egg yolks and granulated sugar in a bowl. Now, using an electric mixer, beat the mixture for about 8-10 minutes until a thick foamy mass is formed, and until it becomes twice as large. After that, remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool completely.
Next, add the cream whipped in advance to the mass. Then whisk the peeled bananas with lemon juice in a blender and then add the cooled mixture to our cream. After that, we put the mass in the freezer to freeze overnight. It is necessary to serve semifreddo directly from the freezer.
