Meat Sauce for Spaghetti and Pasta
An incredibly tasty, aromatic sauce for any side dish! Many home cooks think of sauce as just a creamy something you make as an add-on to other food — not as a dish that could be a centerpiece of a family dinner or a dinner party. Meat sauce is one that proves otherwise, and that's the recipe I'll walk you through now.

Cooking method
- Start the meat sauce by peeling the onion, finely chopping it, and frying it in butter until golden. Sprinkle the flour over the onion in the hot pan, stir, and let it heat through well. Then pour in the broth until the mixture reaches the consistency of sour cream. Rinse the meat, cut it into pieces, and grind it in a blender. Add the prepared meat to the pan with the warming sauce and cook everything for 7–10 minutes. After that, stir in the salt and sour cream along with the chopped herbs and green onion, and cook for another couple of minutes. Spoon the finished sauce over cooked pasta or boiled potatoes.
