Roll with crab sticks from lavash

Boil the eggs, peel and chop finely together with parsley and dill. Divide the mayonnaise into three parts. Put everything in one bowl, add mayonnaise and mix. Finely chop the crab meat, put it in a second bowl and mix with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, put it in a third bowl, squeeze garlic into it and season with mayonnaise. Thin lavash leaves (2 pieces) are placed on the cutting table so that one goes to the second. Spread an even layer of egg mixture on the pita leaves, cover with pita bread on top. Now lay out a layer of crab meat and cover with pita bread. We spread a layer of cheese and begin to roll the resulting crab roll into a neat sausage. If necessary, we fasten the lavash leaves with mayonnaise, then they will not disperse. We put the roll on food foil, completely close it and put it in the refrigerator for two or three hours.
