Step-by-step cooking
We start by peeling potatoes, onions and garlic. Cut the onion into half rings and put it on the bottom of the pan. Now squeeze out the garlic and distribute it over the onion. Then we cut the potatoes into circles of about half a centimeter and put them in a row on onions and garlic. Now mix all the spices with vegetable oil, add two glasses of hot water to the mass, stir everything well and pour this mass of vegetables. After that, cover the pan with a lid, put it on high heat, let its contents boil, then reduce the flame to a minimum and cook for about 40-45 minutes. For the last 10 minutes, the contents of the pan should boil without a lid. After the specified time, we get a very satisfying and delicious side dish! Bon appetit!
