Various dishes can be cooked in pots, including dumplings. I liked the following culinary recipe, which is called "Dumplings with cottage cheese, baked in sour cream." Such food can decorate even a festive table.
To cook them, you first need to knead the dough for lazy dumplings. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and add flour to it. Mix it up. We put one egg, a pinch of salt and mix everything well.
Roll out thin strips of dough. The diameter of approximately each strip should be equal to 10 mm. Cut the strips into pieces across the length. Each piece should be 1.5 centimeters wide. Heat the water in a saucepan, bring it to a boil and put our lazy dumplings there. Cook until surfacing. After that, we take the pots and lay out the dumplings on them. Pour them with butter, which melt in advance in a water bath. Pour sour cream on top, which is pre-whipped with sugar and eggs. We put them in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve dumplings on the table hot. Bon appetit!
