Step-by-step cooking
Broccoli is loved by many, because it is a healthy vegetable and delicious food. Broccoli contains a lot of vitamin. I know a few recipes for cooking it, because I like ordinary cabbage more. But when I cook broccoli with mushrooms, everyone forgets about porridge and pasta. So, what's the deal?
Today there will be broccoli with mushrooms and fragrant ginger. First, boil the broccoli until tender. And we do it in salted water. Then, taking out the broccoli, let the water drain.
And now let's cook mushrooms. We'll wash them, cut them into strips. Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it and fry the mushrooms.
Remove the skin from the ginger root. And cut the ginger itself into thin slices. By the way, it smells delicious! So, we will send sliced ginger into a frying pan, fry it together with mushrooms. Do not forget to add salt and pepper!
Transfer the broccoli to a large dish. Remove the fried mushrooms with ginger from the pan and transfer them to the broccoli in a dish. Pour sesame oil on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds, pre-fried. By the way, sesame is fried in a dry frying pan, that is, without vegetable oil, for about four minutes. Our dish - broccoli with ginger and mushrooms - is ready.
