Step-by-step cooking
Washed potatoes are peeled, cut into pieces and boiled in meat broth until tender. Then, using a blender, we make mashed potatoes. Pour sour cream and cream into the mashed potatoes, mix, put on the fire to warm up, but do not boil. At the next stage of cooking the soup-puree, add soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper, as well as butter. We are preparing croutons for soup. To do this, cut white wheat bread into pieces and fry in a frying pan with preheated butter on all sides until a golden crust forms. Mashed potato soup in Japanese is ready, pour on plates, sprinkled with wheat croutons. Bon appetit!
