Zharkop is prepared according to the culinary recipe of the Kyrgyz. They, like all Oriental people, mostly eat mutton. You need to be able to cook it. Even more depends on the right choice of meat. If this is not a problem for you, and you really like mutton, then I suggest you cook with me such a dish as Zharkop.
To do this, take lamb meat. Clean it of films and various tendons. It's easier to twist it this way. Put it through a meat grinder. Pour some water to the meat. Add salt and mix. make meatballs from the resulting mass. They should be hazelnut in size. Then wash the pumpkin and potatoes. Peel it off. Cut them into slices. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Take a pot. Put meatballs in them. Next, you need to put the prepared vegetables on them. They should lie in layers. Pour water on top of everything. Add salt and immediately sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Also, for flavor, sprinkle with chopped garlic. Put the pot on the fire. It is necessary to simmer such food under a lid on low heat for 45 minutes. There is no need to interfere.
