Eggnog for Kids

Make this children's dessert the right way! Eggnog is a key to strength and health. It's a tasty and wholesome treat. As a kid, I happily ate the simplest eggnog made of sugar and eggs, but for my own children I make it with various add-ins — tastier and more fun that way.

    1. Separate the eggs. Put the whites in a dry, deep bowl and refrigerate. Put the yolks in another dry, deep bowl. 2. Beat the yolks with a mixer along with a pinch of salt. The yolks should change color and grow in volume. 3. Add the sugar and juice and beat again. The sugar should dissolve completely. 4. Add the milk and cold water and stir well with a spoon. 5. Beat the whites the same way — with a pinch of salt, to stiff peaks. 6. Add the beaten whites to the yolks and fold gently with a spoon. 7. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with grated chocolate. The eggnog is ready! Serve fresh as a dessert! Enjoy!
