Garlic cream sauce with cheese

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
2. Peel and squeeze a clove of garlic through a press. You can chop garlic with a knife or use a mortar.
3. Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley.
4. Mix sour cream, cheese and parsley.
5. Let the sauce brew and gain flavor, 15 minutes is enough.
This sauce is good with baked potatoes, fried meat, kebabs, fish and grilled vegetables. In nature, in a jar, it is perfectly stored in the shade all day.
