I will describe a very simple cooking recipe that belongs to the national Bulgarian cuisine. Read carefully and you will understand that you can cook this food quickly, but it turns out delicious and without extra calories for the body. For the salad "Assorted", broth-sauce is first prepared. To do this, add granulated sugar, salt, vinegar, sunflower oil to the water and boil it all. While boiling, cut the white cabbage as it boils, add it to the broth and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, take it out, let the sauce drain and put it in the middle of the salad dish. In the remaining sauce-broth, put the already chopped red cabbage and sprinkle with ground pepper. And do the same as with the first cabbage, then spread it on a platter around the white cabbage. After that, put rings of green pepper on top of the salad, and tomatoes cut into quarters along the edges of the dish. Pour the broth over the salad and let it cool.
