In order to prepare this unique culinary recipe, from the Hungarian cuisine itself, we first need to peel the onion, rinse it and chop it finely. Beef meat washed, cut into small cubes. Pour sunflower or olive oil into a saucepan, fry the onion in it until golden brown and add the chopped meat. Add the meat broth, pour the juice of canned tomatoes, add the tomatoes themselves. When our soup boils, we turn down the fire. Garlic is peeled and squeezed into soup, potatoes are peeled, washed, and cut into small cubes and also put into soup. Add cumin, paprika, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste. Cook our soup, covered with a lid for 40-50 minutes on low heat. We serve our great food hot, with sour cream and sprinkled with chopped herbs.
