Cooking method
Feijoada is considered a traditional Brazilian dish. Nowadays, feijoada is made from various types of meat, spices, beans, flour, and served in a clay pot with slices of orange, cabbage, pepper sauce, and rice. Feijoada is made in each region in its own way and with various additives. I somehow prepared this common culinary recipe, which I suggest you do as well.
Before cooking this dish, the black beans must be soaked overnight and then boiled for half an hour. Next, add the previously soaked pork salted meat and cook. Chop the onion finely and chop the garlic, and send it to fry in olive oil. The next step is to add large chunks of chorizo, smoked pork ribs and smoked bacon. Pepper these ingredients and add a bay leaf to them. At the final stage, add the beans and boiled corned beef, add water and simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.
The dish is ready to eat! Brazilian cuisine offers you a hearty meat dish with an original set of smoked meats and a range of new taste sensations. We wish you a pleasant appetite!
