Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

This food is familiar to many. Primitive people, knowing that some vegetables have a cavity inside, came up with the idea of using them as additional dishes. Meat or other vegetables and cereals could be baked in vegetables. The most common culinary recipes are stuffed bell pepper, which is a ready-made vessel for stuffing and has an unusual, only its inherent taste.
We take a piece of lean meat on a bone. We separate the pulp, and cook the broth from the bones. We twist the meat through a meat grinder together with onions. Then add finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, spices, rice to the minced meat. Beat one egg and also add it to the minced meat.
In the boiling broth we put carrots, sliced into circles, tomatoes, preferably grated, and finely chopped raw onions. And we cook all this for twenty minutes. Then we lower the stuffed peppers and sliced potatoes into the same place. Cook until the rice is ready on low heat. A few minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and spices to the broth.
Serve to the table in deep plates, sprinkled with herbs. We put vinegar and sour milk separately.
