So we take hard cheese. Finely grate on the smallest grater, put the grated cheese in a cellophane bag and immerse it in boiling water. We wait until the cheese turns into a plastic mass. We pull out the package, level the cheese and roll it out into a rectangle with a rolling pin right in the package. We remove the cellophane.
Then we take 150 grams of melted cheese, which is smeared, lubricate the cheese layer with it. Then we cut the salted pink salmon into small cubes, you can use any other salted fish to your taste and imagination, I had a balyk of 500 grams. We flatten everything, roll it into a roll and leave it overnight in the refrigerator. Then we take it out and cut it into circles. As a result, we got bright cheese snails.
You can still put dill greens in this cheese roll, then the taste will be brighter and the appearance will be more beautiful. The most wonderful snack for vodka is salmon rolls with cheese.
Bon appetit!
