To prepare this delicious food for the winter, you need to: Peel the sweet pepper, wash it, crumble it and put it in a saucepan. Peel the green tomatoes, wash them, cut them into slices, put them with pepper. After that, add the onion pre-peeled and sliced into circles to the pan, also add the washed and sliced cucumbers, chopped white cabbage and a little sliced carrot.
Mix the vegetable mixture, add salt and let stand for 20 minutes. Boil water, 8% vinegar, granulated sugar, salt and black pepper with peas and put the squeezed vegetable mixture into the boiling brine. Quickly fill the jars with vegetable mixture. Boil the brine again and pour the vegetable mixture boiling. Close the jars with lids, let them cool down, after they cool down, put them in a cold place.
