Step 1:
Take the products from the list.
Step 2:
Peel the washed zucchini, cut off the tips and cut into circles of small thickness. If the zucchini is young, then the peel can not be peeled off.
Step 3:
Fry the pieces of zucchini in a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil until golden brown first on one side. Fry over medium heat.
Step 4:
Turn them over to the other side and fry them until they are ready and soft. That's how they turn out.
Step 5:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 6:
Garlic is peeled and squeezed through a press, or you can also grate it on a fine grater or chop it with a knife.
Step 7:
Wash and chop the parsley. If for some reason you don't like parsley, you can safely replace it with dill. Mix garlic, cheese, herbs in a deep bowl.
Step 8:
Fill everything with mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly. The zucchini dressing is ready.
Step 9:
Put the pieces of zucchini on a flat plate in one layer.
Step 10:
For each fried piece of zucchini, spread a small amount of the resulting mass. In principle, our dish is ready, but you can go further and put the zucchini in three layers, smearing the second layer with the filling, and leaving the third one like this. I made just such turrets, it turned out beautifully and originally.
Step 11:
When serving, lettuce leaves can be placed under the zucchini for additional decoration. Now you know how to fry zucchini with cheese and garlic. Enjoy your meal!
