Quick and Easy Fried Apples in Milk Batter

Tender, fragrant apples in a light, airy batter! The apples come out really tasty and soft. The coating in this recipe stays thin but delicate. Instead of vanilla, you can add cinnamon to the batter, or dust the finished apples with cinnamon sugar. Any apples work here, tart or sweet — the main thing is that they hold their shape, or they can turn to applesauce inside the batter once fried. Dig in!
