Add sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and an egg to the milk. Mix until smooth.

Sift flour with baking powder and add to the milk mixture. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should resemble non-greasy sour cream.
Step 4:
Peel the apples, cut out the middle and cut into circles about 5-7 mm thick.
