How to make fried dumplings with mayonnaise and cheese? Choose a deeper frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it, send it to the fire. When the oil warms up a little, put the dumplings in it, add pepper and salt, then fill with water. Fry under a closed lid for about 10 minutes (of course, stir at the same time from time to time).

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, put it on the dumplings and, close the lid, cook for another 5 minutes.

Decorate the ready-made dumplings with fresh herbs and, while they are hot, serve them on the table!
