Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Put a frying pan with oil on medium heat. Peel and slice the onion into quarter-rings.
Step 2:
Put the onion in a frying pan and fry until soft.
Step 3:
Cut the fillet into thin strips, as for beef stroganoff.
Step 4:
Put the meat to the onion.
Step 5:
Stir and fry, stirring. I cook the meat on high heat and almost do not interfere (at most twice during the whole time) - this is how the crust sets and all the juices remain in the meat, and do not create carbon deposits at the bottom of the pan.
Step 6:
Fry the chicken until golden brown.
Step 7:
Add salt, pepper and paprika.
Step 8:
Add sour cream and mayonnaise. If you follow the calorie content of dishes, take only low-fat sour cream. It will turn out just as delicious, but with a minimum of fat. And to exclude the oil at the first stage, stew the onion in a small amount of water.
Step 9:
Cook the meat for another 5 minutes, in the process add finely chopped garlic.
Step 10:
Serve with any side dish to your taste, and be sure to serve the greens - it's good with chicken.
Enjoy!
