Step 1:

Put the minced meat in a large bowl and knead it thoroughly with your hands until smooth. The more you knead or twist the minced meat through a meat grinder, the more tender the cutlets will turn out.
Step 3:
We grate the peeled onion on a fine grater. Tip: in order not to cry too much, the grater should be moistened with cold water. You can twist the onion through a meat grinder, but the cutlets will be less airy.
Step 4:
After grating the onion on a fine grater, we get an airy onion puree.
Step 5:
Remove the crumb from the bread and soak it in water or milk for a few minutes.
Step 6:
Add onion gruel and squeezed crumb to the minced meat.
Step 7:
Mix the mass thoroughly, adding black pepper and salt.
Step 8:
Pour the breadcrumbs into a clean, dry bowl.
Step 9:
Form cutlets.
Step 10:
Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs or flour on both sides.
Step 11:
We send the cutlets in preheated vegetable oil and fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
Step 12:
Then turn the cutlets over and fry on the other side.
