Fried oyster mushrooms with garlic and herbs

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the recipes. Any mushrooms will do. I cook from oyster mushrooms.
Step 2:
Peel and rinse the mushrooms, cut into smaller pieces.
Step 3:
Chop garlic very finely with a knife.
Step 4:
Finely chop the fresh coriander greens.
Step 5:
In a frying pan, in a minimum amount of vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6:
Spread fried mushrooms on a flat dish, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7:
Sprinkle mushrooms with chopped herbs, small garlic and lightly sprinkle with table 5% vinegar.
Step 8:
Such a savory snack can be safely served to the festive table.
Instead of vinegar, you can use lemon juice.
