Fried whitefish with mushrooms in sour cream

1.Melt half a portion of oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom, spread the whitefish fillet, season with salt and pepper, fry the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side. We transfer the fish to a dish.
2. Melt the remaining oil in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms. Peel the shallots, chop them with a knife together with parsley, spread them to the mushrooms, fry for 5 minutes. Pour the wine, bring to a boil and keep on fire until the liquid evaporates by half. At this stage, pour the cream and add sour cream, cook for a minute until thickened.
Lay out the fish in portions, pour sauce, pepper, add herbs if desired.
