Cooking method
Prepare the necessary ingredients and start cooking:
- grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, put it in a bowl;
- pour sugar, sift flour, break egg, add softened butter and sour cream;
- knead the dough, if it sticks to your hands, add more flour, until the dough becomes elastic;
- let the dough stand for 15 minutes, "rest", then roll out into a thin layer, cut out the blank circles with a glass;
- walk the fork along the edge of the workpieces to make a relief surface, then fold the circle in half and again in half;
- fry the cottage cheese cookies in vegetable oil on both sides until a beautiful blush (make medium heat, fry on one side for 4 minutes, and exactly the same amount of time on the other).
Serve the cookies in a warm form, although it is also delicious in cold)
