- Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and arrange the dumplings in a single layer. Select the "Fry" setting (no need to set a time — it takes no more than 10 minutes). Fry the dumplings with the lid closed for about 5 minutes, then flip them and fry the other side for another 4–5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and your favorite ketchup. Enjoy!
