Cooking method
We clean the fish from the scales and from the films inside, cut off the fins, rinse under running water. We make shallow incisions along the entire carcass, sprinkle the fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
We breaded the carcasses in flour from all sides, sparing no flour, and spread them on a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. On high heat, fry the nototenia on both sides until a golden crust forms, then cover with a lid and, turning down the heat, bring it to full readiness (it takes about 4-5 minutes).
Do not wait until the fish cools down! Serve on the table with any side dish or with a vegetable salad.
