Cooking method
Pike caviar is washed with cold water without damaging the films. Then we salt it.
Heat the olive oil (half) over medium heat and fry the caviar on both sides. Each side will take approximately 5 minutes. In the process, we salt.
Put the asparagus in a bowl and pour the remaining olive oil, add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to distribute the oil and spices better. Fry the asparagus for about 5 minutes using a grill pan.
Serve on the table, supplemented with fresh tomatoes.
