Cooking method
1. Wash the bull eggs, remove the shell and cut them into circles about 1 cm thick. Then cut each circle into halves.
2. Peel and cut the onion into half rings.
3. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, put the onion and fry it until lightly golden.
4. Add bovine eggs to the onion, season with salt and pepper, pour a little tabasco. Mix everything well.
5. Fry the bull eggs for 10-15 minutes (until the liquid evaporates).
Bull eggs are ready to be served. Bon appetit!
