Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

1. Okra and shallots cut into rings.
2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
3. Lay out the shallots, fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add okra and green peas, stirring, fry them together with onions for the same amount of time.
5. Put spices, salt. Stir, keep on fire for a couple more minutes.
6. Serve the finished dish to the table hot. Fried okra goes perfectly with rice.
