Cooking method
1. Wash okra. It is better to take it in a small size. Cut large vegetables into several pieces.
2. Break 3 eggs into a bowl, beat them with a whisk.
3. Sift flour into a container of a suitable size, add a mixture of ground peppers and garlic powder to it. Mix well.
4. In a separate container, rub the parmesan, add breadcrumbs. Mix the mixture as well.
5. Put okra first in the egg, then roll it in the flour mixture. Next, the vegetables need to be lowered into the egg again, then put in a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan.
6. Place the workpieces on a flat surface.
7. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
8. Fry okra until golden brown.
9. Put the finished vegetables on paper towels (to remove excess fat).
