Little Fried Crucian Carp
Such a tasty fish — impossible to stop until it's gone! Fried in oil, small crucian carp turns crispy like chips, and best of all, its already fine bones practically dissolve in the oil, so you can eat the fish almost whole. No matter how much you fry, it'll all get eaten!

Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Scale and gut the fish. The flavor of the finished dish more than makes up for the time it takes — and the smaller the crucian carp, the tastier it is.
-
Step 2:
Season them all with salt right in the bowl.
-
Step 3:
Dredge them in flour.
-
Step 4:
And lay them in a skillet with well-heated vegetable oil.
-
Step 5:
Fry over high heat for 5–7 minutes, flip to the other side, and cook another 2–3 minutes. Done! Come and get it — my treat!
