Cooking method
1. We put the cottage cheese in a bowl.
2. Rub the cottage cheese with egg, add sour cream, sifted flour (2 tbsp. l.), sugar, salt, soda and vanilla.
3. Knead the dough. It should be quite soft and sticky.
5. The dough can be divided into several parts - it will be more convenient to manage it. We sprinkle the board with flour and form bundles from the dough. We cut them into pieces - the future sticks turned out.They can be made both long and very short. It depends on your desire.
6.The formed sticks are laid out on parchment and put away for half an hour in the refrigerator.
7. Half an hour passed... We heat up a frying pan with oil, wait for it to boil and put our sticks in it. Fry until they become ruddy.
8. We put the finished sticks on napkins to stack excess fat.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Cottage cheese sticks are ready!
