Cooking method
This cooking recipe was given to me by my grandmother, who loved to cook all sorts of delicious fish dishes for us. And during our holidays at grandma's, we not only received her warmth and love, but also regularly took phosphorus, calcium and many other trace elements from the food she prepared for our growing body. I liked fried Nototenia the most. Here's a recipe I learned from my beloved granny. First I peel the fish from the scales, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Then I break one egg into a deep bowl and beat it with a broom. Add pepper and salt to the egg to taste and beat thoroughly again. I sift flour into a separate plate, add sesame seeds there and mix. Then the pieces of fish are first dipped in the egg mixture and then in the flour mixture. In a special dish for the oven, in our time a microwave oven will also go, I put the fish, pre-greasing it with butter. Then I bake the fish in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. A delicious and hearty dinner is ready. Bon appetit!
