Cooking method
Tuna fried is one of the most favorite dishes of our family, so we often cook it for our family celebrations. This culinary recipe is passed down from generation to generation in our family. And we prepare it in a special way. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and butter and salt them. Then we roll the pieces of fish in breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides for 2 minutes . We take out the fish and throw the shrimp in there, having previously cleaned and washed them. Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. After that, we prepare the sauce for our meal. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse and finely chop. Then fry the chopped onion and garlic in a frying pan. Add tomato paste, salt to taste and sugar to the onion, and fry for about 1-2 minutes. In a cold broth, we dilute the flour and add tomato paste and put it on the stove. When the contents of the pan boil, add 2-3 drops of "tobasco" there, but so that the sauce is a little island. We serve this food hot. The finished sauce can be served separately from the food.
