Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. But it is not necessary to cook such a dish exclusively from zucchini of milk ripeness, mature fruits are also suitable for such a snack, it is enough just to peel them from seeds and skins.
Step 2:
My zucchini, if the vegetable is ripe, then remove the skin and remove the core with the seeds. The pulp is cut into thin rings or halves of rings, in the second variant, zucchini are more compactly placed in a frying pan, and more portions can be fried in one batch.
Step 3:
Preparing the batter. We put sour cream in a deep bowl, the percentage of fat content can be used any to your liking, if the sour cream is very thick, then you need to add a little water. We drive in a chicken egg. Add salt, ground black pepper. Add the amount of spices to taste and taking into account the sauce with which the zucchini will be served to the table.
Step 4:
Add garlic passed through a press or grated on a fine grater. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a whisk or mixer so that the mixture becomes homogeneous and the egg white is completely dispersed.
Step 5:
Pour the sifted wheat flour into a bowl with liquid and mix the ingredients again so that the flour does not gather into lumps, and the mixture becomes the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 6:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. We warm it up. Pieces of zucchini are dipped into a bowl with batter.
Step 7:
And spread on the preheated oil (the oil should be well warmed up so that the batter does not spread over the pan, but immediately grabs on the squash). On medium heat, fry the zucchini for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Step 8:
If you want the zucchini inside to be very soft, then after turning the zucchini to the second side in a frying pan, you can cover the pan with a lid and hold it for a couple of minutes. But when frying without a lid, the batter on zucchini slices turns out to be more crispy. Remove the pieces of zucchini in batter on a plate lined with paper napkins so that excess fat is absorbed into the paper. Then we transfer them to a serving dish and serve them to the table.
