Step 1:
Prepare the specified products. To roast a steak on the grill, purchase a pulp no more than 4 cm thick. If the thickness of the meat piece is 2-2.5 cm, you will get fully fried meat, if the thickness is more than 4 cm at the specified temperature, you will get a steak with blood - choose as desired! Also, the degree of roasting of meat depends on the heat.
Step 2:
Peel the beef flesh from the films and fat, carefully cut off the blue films - they will twist and twist the meat itself when frying, while chewing them will not be possible - it is better to clean them right away! Rub the meat with salt and ground black pepper, since other spices are not added when creating a steak, but you can successfully replace ordinary table salt with crushed sea salt - the taste of the dish will only benefit from this.
Step 3:
Lubricate beef with vegetable oil - it forms a film on its surface and the meat will absorb the whole bouquet of spices. Remember that the meat needs to be coated with oil after spices, and not vice versa, otherwise the greasy film will not allow salt and pepper to seep through it. Leave in the heat for 15-20 minutes. Do not take the meat out in the cold, because when frying chilled meat, you will get a ruddy crust and a completely raw steak inside.
Step 4:
Thoroughly warm up the grill, put a piece of beef pulp on the grill and fry for 2 minutes. If you have an electric grill, then this time is enough to fry the meat on both sides. If the usual grill with coals, then fry the steak on each side for a minute.
Step 5:
As soon as smooth ruddy strips and a golden crust form on the surface of the meat, the steak is completely ready!
Step 6:
Remove the meat from the grill and let it cool slightly. If desired, the fried meat can be placed in foil, but not in the oven!
Step 7:
After 3-5 minutes, with a sharp knife, cut the beef steak into slices about 0.3 cm thick, put it on plates or on a dish in a semicircle.
Step 8:
Serve hot fried steak with sauces, grain mustard, mayonnaise and fresh vegetables, however, they can also be grilled!
Grilled beef steak is a juicy meat dish that you will cook yourself in 30 minutes! For the dish, choose juicy beef pulp with a thickness of about 4 cm.
