Gently roll the cucumber and salmon into a roll.

Mix olive oil with the juice of half a lemon. Although there is no taste, you can not use this dressing and it will be delicious.

Put the rolls in a deep dish, sprinkle them with this mixture on top and cover with cling film. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

If the cucumber rolls do not hold their shape, fasten them on the side with wooden toothpicks. The thinner you slice the cucumbers, the less likely it is that the rolls will take the desired shape. I always get it, because I do not cut the cucumber with a knife, but use a special grater that cuts the cucumber into plates of 3 millimeters.
