Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make zucchini with minced meat in a frying pan? First of all, prepare all the necessary products. You can take any minced meat: chicken, beef, pork or mixed. It is better to cook the minced meat yourself, but you can use a ready-made purchased one. Take a small, medium-sized onion, and adjust the amount of garlic to your liking or completely exclude it from the list of products.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel the onion and garlic and rinse in cold water. Chop the onion as finely as possible, and garlic in small cubes, or pass through a garlic press.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add onion and garlic to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. At this stage, it is permissible to add your favorite dry seasonings such as dry basil, oregano or a mixture of fragrant dried herbs. Knead the minced meat thoroughly and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Wash the squash and dry it with paper napkins to get rid of excess moisture. Cut the vegetable into slices about 1- 1.5 centimeters wide.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Cut out the middle of each zucchini circle. You can do this with a special mold, a small glass or a knife. I used a glass, so the holes turned out to be perfectly smooth and it turned out to be much easier and faster to make them than with a regular knife. Lightly salt the circles.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Mix the minced meat well again. Fill each zucchini with minced meat. Do not stuff too tightly so that the filling is not convex, otherwise during the roasting process it will detach from the zucchini and the appearance of the dish will not be so appetizing.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Roll each stuffed circle in flour from all sides.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom. Lay out the stuffed circles and fry them over moderate heat for about 3-4 minutes until browning. Navigate by your plate.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Turn the zucchini over and bring it to readiness, frying for another three to four minutes. Put the finished circles on paper napkins to get rid of excess oil.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

    Done, serve until cool.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

If you have young zucchini without seeds and with a dense core, then you can also sprinkle the remains of the circles with a little salt and fry.

This dish goes very well with fresh vegetables or salads. Offer your favorite sauces and young greens to the stuffed zucchini.

Bon appetit!

Use oil with a high smoking temperature for frying! Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
Unrefined oils, with rare exceptions, have a low smoking point. There are a lot of unfiltered organic particles in them, which quickly begin to burn.
Refined oils are more resistant to heating, and their smoking point is higher. If you are going to cook food in the oven, on a frying pan or grill, make sure that you use oil with a high smoking point. The most common of the oils with a high smoking point: refined varieties of sunflower, olive and grape.
