Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 50 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the products for the filling. Cheese and hard cheese are grated on a coarse grater. Onions are cleaned and crushed. Green onions and parsley are washed and crushed - we pre-cut the stems from the parsley.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Beat the eggs into a small bowl and shake with a fork.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, at the same time spread the white chopped onion and minced meat, add salt and spices to taste. Simmer over moderate heat, stirring until the liquid evaporates - about 15 minutes. We taste the minced meat, adjust it if necessary.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Mix in a convenient deep bowl all the products for filling: minced meat, cheese, hard cheese and herbs. Pour in the egg mass, leaving a little to lubricate the pie. We taste the filling and adjust it with salt and pepper.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Defrost the dough at room temperature. I have a package weighing 1 kg, which I divided into 2 parts and took one half of the dough. I divided the cut-off layer into 2 more parts, since we will need two sheets. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 23 by 30 centimeters in size. I rolled it out on a silicone mat, I didn't sprinkle it with flour. In the same way, we roll out the second piece of dough.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment or baking paper, cutting off a piece of a suitable size. Lubricate the base with melted butter and lightly sprinkle with flour so that the dough does not stick. We spread out one sheet of dough.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

We spread the filling, leaving the edges untouched.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Spread the second sheet of dough on top and pinch the edges tightly.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Lubricate the workpiece with egg mass and make arbitrary punctures with a fork in several places to release steam.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

Instead of minced chicken, you can use pork. You can also add a little butter to the filling to improve the taste. Fresh dill is also suitable as greens. A little effort and delicious pastries will appear on your table!
