Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make fluffy pancakes on kefir in a frying pan? Prepare everything you need for this. I use kefir with 3% fat content. But you can take any other one. In order for the pancakes to be fluffy, all the ingredients must be at room temperature. Kefir can be warmed up a little in the microwave.
Step 2:
To prepare the pancake dough, take a comfortable, spacious bowl. Break an egg into a bowl and add sugar and salt. The amount of sugar can be changed to your liking. Shake everything a little with a whisk so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
Step 3:
Then stir in the prepared kefir.
Step 4:
Sift the flour and soda through a sieve to saturate with oxygen. Pour the flour into a bowl and knead the dough. In the amount of flour, be guided by the consistency of the dough. It may take a little more or less.
Step 5:
The finished dough will be thick enough. It will slowly drain from the corolla.
Step 6:
Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and spread the dough with a spoon. Cook the pancakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 7:
With slow cooking, they will rise well and have time to bake inside. When the pancakes turn golden brown, transfer them to a paper towel to remove excess oil from them.
Step 8:
Fluffy pancakes on kefir are ready! Serve them with any jam, condensed milk or sour cream. Bon appetit!
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .
