Step 1:

Step 3:
Prepare egg pancakes. How to make pancakes? Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add flour, starch and a pinch of salt. Whisk the mixture until smooth.
Step 4:
Preheat the frying pan over high heat, lightly lubricate with vegetable oil (if required, no need for non-stick coating) and pour the dough into the pan in parts (ladle by ladle). Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. When the pancake is ready, remove it from the pan onto a plate and let it cool. Also fry the rest of the pancakes from the whole dough. Step 9:
Add mayonnaise, salt to taste and, if desired, ground black pepper to the salad. Gently mix the salad. It is better to use salad appliances or two forks for this, so that it remains airy and lush.
Step 10:
The finished salad can be served immediately on the table. Decorate it with cucumber and pancake rolls for more effect. Bon appetit!

Prepare salads only from fully chilled foods. Cooked from warm, the salad can quickly deteriorate.
