Cooking method
- Shell and chop the walnuts. How coarse or fine the nut crumbs are is up to your preference. The cookies get crushed too — I do it with a meat grinder. Next, beat 1 egg with 1 cup of sugar, then add 200 grams of melted margarine (or butter). Add a spoonful of cocoa as well. Mix all the ingredients and knead well. Transfer the resulting mass to a plastic bag, shape it into a "salami," and put it in the refrigerator to set. In a couple of hours you'll have the most delicious treat ready — for tea, coffee, or just a good mood. I'd add that, depending on your taste, you can change the type of nut and the amount of cocoa powder. Enjoy!
