Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Instead of napa cabbage you can use regular white cabbage — just shred it and scrunch it a little with your hands. Cherry tomatoes can stand in for regular tomatoes, and the dill can be swapped for your favorite herb (parsley, green onion, and so on).

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2

Slice the napa cabbage as you would for a salad. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the dill with a knife, and press the garlic through a garlic press or grate it on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3

Put all the ingredients into a salad bowl, setting aside a little dill and cheese for garnish, then salt, dress with mayonnaise and mix. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl, top with the dill and grated cheese, and serve right away. Even though this salad takes just 10 minutes to make, it turns out very tasty and earns a worthy spot on the holiday table.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4

The salad with napa cabbage, tomatoes and cheese is ready! It can be served immediately. Enjoy!

  • I really love summer for its abundance of tasty, healthy vegetables you can turn into all sorts of dishes. I'm fond of light vegetable soups and oven-roasted vegetables, and of course salads. Vegetable salads are light and wholesome; you can dress them with mayonnaise, sour cream, or any vegetable oil — but their main advantage is that they usually come together very quickly. I often make vegetable salads with chicken and ham, but today I decided on a salad with napa cabbage, tomatoes and cheese. All the ingredients are simple and affordable, and the prep time is minimal — just 10 minutes. A salad of these ingredients can dress up any holiday table and will also take center stage at the family dinner table. I really hope you'll like this easy, simple recipe and will make this uncomplicated, delicious salad often. Good luck and bon appétit, everyone!
