Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients. Instead of Peking cabbage, you can use ordinary white cabbage by chopping it and rubbing it a little with your hands. Cherry tomatoes can be used instead of ordinary tomatoes, dill can be replaced with your favorite herb (parsley, green onions, etc.)
Step 2:
Cut the Peking cabbage as a salad. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the dill with a knife, pass the garlic through a press or rub on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3:
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, leave a little dill and cheese for decoration, add salt, season with mayonnaise and mix. We put the salad in a salad bowl and decorate the top with dill greens and grated cheese, immediately serve to the table. Despite the fact that this salad is cooked for 10 minutes, it turns out very tasty and will take its rightful place on the festive table.
Step 4:
Salad with Peking cabbage, tomatoes and cheese is ready! It can be served to the table immediately. Enjoy your meal!
I really love summer for the abundance of delicious and healthy vegetables. from which you can prepare various dishes. I really like light vegetable soups, oven-baked vegetables, but also salads, of course. Vegetable salads are light and healthy, they can be seasoned with mayonnaise, sour cream, any vegetable oil. but their main advantage is that they are usually prepared very quickly. I often cook vegetable salads with chicken and ham, but today I decided to make a salad with Peking cabbage, tomatoes and cheese. All the ingredients are simple and affordable, the cooking time of this salad is negligible - 10 minutes. A salad of these ingredients can decorate any festive table, and will also take center stage on the dining table at home. I really hope that you will like this easy and simple recipe and you will often cook this simple and delicious salad. Good luck and bon appetit to everyone!
